Holley Hi-Ram Fuel Crossover Fittings

Hello I am not sure if this belongs in this section or not, but I am gathering parts for my lq4 build and have heard that the fuel crossover fitting is kind of tight on the front of the driverside fuel rail. I have searched every where I could think of but never found any definitive answers, so if anyone has some input, pictures or part numbers it would be greatly appreciated! I am planning on using -8 fittings on the rails. Thanks Sam!

They sell a very low profile -8 90 fitting that works great... let me get a pic and all the info. You can't get any more low profile then this fitting as it only sticks out a hair more then the width of a -8 nut fitting.

Holy crap thats expensive! I'm not paying $55 for one fitting if I don't have to, Any one else have any input? I just read a little more after thinking my oem feed was -8 and they are actually closer to -6. But the fuel rails say they are threaded for -8 orb. So can I go -6 to the fpr, then -8 from regulator to rails? I have an aem 320 in tank, and 42lb injectors. The current setup will be nitrous up to 700~rwhp, with plans to go boosted in the future and hopefully hit 1000rwhp. I have read that if I do run -8 from the pump I can use the original feed as my return. But then how does all that work with stock fuel bucket etc, this is my first FI build so I need some guidance with all of this. Thanks Sam

The short radius one I used had about this much clearance behind a 145a alt after trimming the plastic.

Attachment 92895

Pretty sure it was only available in silver so I spray painted it black :hack:

I will do! I might even have time tonight to mock it up for pics if I get off work a good time.

I have an easy 5/8" of room, but keep in mind that is an 105A alternator and a -8 0-ring to a -6 line. I hope this helps!?

That fitting only sticks out an inch from the end of the fuel rail, but with -6 straight hose end add another 1/4" to that..
