Default Help! TB keeps getting stuck when open

I've got a bluemaxx 90mm tb that I ordered from vengence racing along with my ported 90mm FAST intake. Every time I give it gas after I installed it, it gets stuck open and will not go down unless I manually close it. When the motor isn't running, it's fine. I did the TPS relearn and fixed a small leak from the plastic fitting that's on there. I even took my intake off to check the gaskets and have checked everything possible. It's driving me crazy! Please help! Thanks!

easy fix, get a dremel or small die grinder. remove the wheel and slightly bevel the edges. this will allow it from sticking

What would cause it to do it only when it's running?

I just got a message from a guy over at tech that said they had to replace his spring. Something about it not being strong enough to close it back against the vacuum. I'm just gonna send it back and get a Nick Williams. I shouldn't have listened to vengence and went with the bluemaxx.
