I'm in California and looking to buy a cam. It is for the 6.0 that I'm going to being swapping into my 99 Sierra. I have read that a 220/220 at 0.050 with a proper tune will pass smog. Is that info true??? Should I go with a custom cam or off the shelf? Any input will be great.
