HELP, how do u put the volant ram air tube in?

Default HELP, how do u put the volant ram air tube in?
do u put it all together then push it down, i tryed to do that but its not going. the othert way is if u bring it up from the inside but then theres no way to tighten it??

I wish i could give you clear directions but I know that me and my friend basically just messed around with it for about 30 min before we finally squeezed it on.

was it all in one piece and u pushed it down, or did u put the tube up from underneath and find a way to tighten it?
