Oh yeah, this truck will also eventually be seeing a 150-200 dry shot.

Yeah

There are guys that have done an LSx swap in their S-10's that have kept the truck accessories. I chose to go with the corvette accessories just for the extra space for the radiator and e-fans!

You can use an LS1/LS6 manifold on the truck without changing accessories but you have to relocate your idler pulley and cut part of your alternator bracket. That's what I remember about it at least.
