I got some fans from an Impala or a Monte Carlo, it is a Siemens unit? Will these do ok or should i look for some LS1 fans? I got them free, i hope i got a good deal.

I honestly don't know, I picked up my LS1 fans for 75 bucks then went the Nelson harness route.

If the dimensions and CFM of air moved are right you could run them off a thermostat in the radiator and as long as you have your 12 volt hookup and ground it would be simple. Summit, Jegs, or others could set you in the right direction.

i work at advance and we have a thermostatic harness for two fans, with the push in probe, i think they will work, i was just wondering if they move as much air as LS1 fans.

If they are big enough and you can wire them up then I don't see why not. You can make brackets to mount them as well.
