Default Good 4l80e stall

What's a good budget 4l80e torque converter, I'm looking under maybe 500. Currently off the line I'm slower than a kia spectra but up top on my turbo ls picks up nice I'm running a 30 inch tire and 3.73 gears and about 10 lbs of boost so what can you guys recommend thanks

You really should run a single disk.

However, if you REALLY want to entertain a budget stall, a Circle D 2A would work.

That's their 3000-3200 converter for the 80e.

And change the rearend to 4.10 if you want to get off the line faster. If you don't put a lot of highway miles on it, you won't notice much mpg dropoff.

I'm in a similar situation, minus the turbo. Had a 2600-2800 stall in the 4L60e and used the stock 4L80e converter that came with my junkyard 80e when I did the swap. I wanted to make sure the trans wasn't junk before I slapped a circle D in it, got about 25k(in 4yrs) on the 80e so I think I'm safe. trans came out of a 2002 with 160k, put it in my 50k mile 2006, 4l80e's are hard to find in South Texas.
Crew cab(weighed 5200 with me and 1/8 tank before trans swap)truck with a mild cam, headers, 3.73 rear, 29.7" tire, cold air, efans, etc. The stock 80e converter in it now stalls around 1200-1400 add in that long 80e first gear and it's a slug off the line.
So my ultimate question is should I go with a 3000-3200 stall to overcome the 80e first gear or go back to the 2600-2800 i had with the 60e? The cam seems to make good power between 3k and 6.2k rpms.
