Going to pick up my first chevy, I'm a making a good decision?

I'm down sizing so I decided I'd get a reliable truck to get my wife and I throught school. Anyways I found one Friday and put a deposit on it. 200k miles. Tranny shifts smooth no miss in the engine. Has new belts plugs and wires and brand new tires. Guy took good care of her.

Anyways I got him down to 7k. Should I be worried about anything?
