Default Fuel pump/key on only wire to splice into for inline pump?

I don't have a Factory Service Manual for the trucks, just for my car, but I was wondering what wire you guys are splicing into for an inline pump? My friend has a Silverado ('00 if that matters) with a 5.3 and he's going to swing by in a little while with a BBK inline fuel pump. I just need to know which wire to use for the fuel pump power.

You have to lift up the fuse center cover. Locate the wiring harness that goes along the frame back towards the fuel pump. It was the grey wire for my truck.

Be sure to solder it, and use a relay.
