fogging up windshield

My engine has a slight wine to it under any type of acceleration, and my windshield is fogging up. My heater and A/C work perfect. Also the fog smell and burns the eyes a little. What do you think my problem is??? Thanks.

might be a bad heater core...it'll blow steam that smells like a-freeze

I once drove a Chevy PU for a few weeks before blocking off the heater hoses to stop the windshield from fogging with antifreeze. Two hours each way to work.

My wife, bless her sappy overconsiderate micromanaging heart, called the poison control hotline. It really got their attention thinking that someone was breathing antifreeze four hours a day. They wanted to get the police to stop me on the road and get me out of the truck immediately.

Maybe that is why everyone says I am crazy.

slight wine (hic) or whine? that's a seperate problem...maybe tq conv or trans? maybe some more info would help...

The fog sounds like a leaking heater core...the whine could be a number of things...bad pulley, alt, ps pump or other accessory, etc...trans issue...
