Default Finally dumped my Exhaust today

I cut the long redneck tips off and also about a foot and a half to two feet of exhaust. My exhaust ends right after the rear axle. I sounds more like a mustang with longtubes and x-pipe except a whole lot quieter (you know that sweet sound, although I hate most mustangs they still sound sweet). I'm still debating on cutting more off tomorrow making it dump right before the rear axle. My truck now seems to be faster for some reason, I know its not in my head, I can definitely tell a difference. If I cut off about 1 foot more closer to the mufflers will my exhuast be a little louder with a more aggressive note?

yeah, you can always spot that exhaust note even thru traffic. Maybe b/c theres to many asian cars on the road, the stang stands out.

Runnin true duals, or actually runnin into a y. Is it ok to dump it and not bring the exhaust out from beneath the car, or will it hurt it some how? i dont think it can but idk just curious.

Thanks
