Exhaust Pipe Diameter for 99 hoe'

:) What is the exhause pipe diameter on a 1999 tahoe.... My buddy is wanting to put some cutouts on it, and I dont remember what size the pipe is..

I want to say 2 1/2...... Thanks

It's 2.5 before muffler and 2.75 after, I believe.
