Default Engine swap question

So my 96 Chevy 1500 just cracked the block. But I have a 93 model of the same truck. Does anyone know how hard the swap is if it's even possible? They're both a tbi, but one has a different air intake. How hard how the electrical be to swap and would the old engine even bolt to this 4L60?

The 96 shouldn't be a TBI. They were the spider Injection vortec at that point.

Best bet would be to swap heads and intake over to the new block.... Trans will bolt up without an issue... As stated the 96 had vortec heads/intake...93 is tbi, but block will work if thats all you need...

I knew that.... I'm just stupid sometimes haha. This is just my dd. I know every nook and cranny of my denali from front to rear, but I haven't spent much time at all under the hood of this truck.
