EGR Valve
 
I have 1999 chey 1500K, the red wire has 12volts when it's not plugged in, voltage fluctuates between .03 to .06 volts when plugged in, it's not a bad wire I replace old wire with new from PCM to EGR. Any body got any suggestions?
