In the Engine Diagnostics section:
go to Hardware Diagnostics and shut off:
P0401
P0402
P0404
P0405
P1404
P1406
P1409
Not all applications use all of those codes, but check thru all of them.
Then you can go to Engine Cal, and in the Test Parameters subsection you can toggle the EGR Enable/Disable off there.
