Some bad feedback for those sellers.

Sonic Motor is cheaper for the TYC 622230 (aka chinese knockoff fan) and they sell through amazon. Looked like 160 shipped when I went to the checkout. Amazon.com: Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra (w/ Electric CF)Cooling Fan Assembly TYC 622230: Automotive

Not sure. Might be a different size radiator or different mounting location.

Nope. The GMT900 fans drop right in on the GMT800 trucks. There is no difference worth mentioning beyond having more blades ( extra cooler line clip provision on the passenger side that the GMT800's did not have if you want to get technical). I have a regular set on mine ( 5 and 7 blade off a 2007 GMT900 4.8 truck ) whereas the NHT equipped GMT900's had 7 and 9 blade combos. I have zero cooling issues on my 1500 HD and they work very well..... better than the clutch fan did. I would never pay the premium people want on the GMT800 specific 5 blade arrangement ones. That said I cannot comment on these aftermarket ones as far as quality goes as mine are OEM. I just will go junkyarding to get some more, wreckers around here let them go cheaper than any of these forum classifieds on here ever do .......
