Dynatech LT's with cats & Y pipe installed

I finally got my Dynatech SuperMAXX long tubes and high flow cats with Y pipe installed. Had a buddy scarf off the air injection pipe on the #2 primary tube and weld it up. Then I shipped them out to Jet-Hot for coating, they did an awesome job. I went with the sterling silver finish, the headers fit great and the Y pipe was a good fit as well. All of this is in preparation for installing my Magnacharger Radix 112. This is on a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 with a 5.3l. So here are a few pics for you guys to enjoy.

My thoughts on the headers so far, truck feels more responsive and really diggs hard bottom end. I can't wait for the maggie.

Those look great. Really clean. Im curious why you went with cats though? I'd be worried about melting one or blowing one out with the supercharger.

Nice headers, what size primaries/collectors? Are this mid-lengths?

Bigredmariner - those look great. The coating really makes them pop.

I went with cats on advice from Black Bear Performance, I was about to go cat less but they advised against it. I guess if I do see problems I'll gut the things, I don't plan on thrashing the thing just yet. Some spirited driving yes but no track time for a while.

The primaries are 1 3/4 and those are considered Long Tubes. The collectors are 3 inch.

I thought the collectors on the Dynatech's are 2.5"? i'm not sure if anyone makes 3" collectors, Y-pipe, and built in Catalytic converters.

Well unless my tape measure has mysteriously lost 1/2", they measured 3". That's all I can tell you.
