Does anyone recognize this?

My service engine light came on so I hooked the computer to it and it gave a code P1153 which said something like insufficient O2 switching. Does anyone know what that means?

Sounds like the 02's aren't working as well as they could....usually a sign that they're dying or have been clogged or lead-coated
