Default Do I need a throttle body?

I have a 2001 C3 with a whipple charger that has had rough idle and low idle/stalling issues that have gotten progresively worse the last several months.
On the C3 site, several guys with similar high mileage vehicles are experiencing similar issues, and several have replaced the throttle body and the problem is solved.
Is their any kind of inexpensive way to test this theory (short of borrowing a throttle body) and if it is the case, is there an aftermarket one for a similar price as oem that would work better with my setup? Thx!

Have you taken off the throttle body and thoroughly cleaned with it cleaner? There is nothing that I know of that can fail in the tb itself. There are a few sensors attached that can. I would take it off, remove the sensors, then clean inside and out with carb cleaner and see if that helps.

No SES lights?

I've cleaned it twice, 2 different shops have cleaned it. I've replaced the tps also.

SES code was 1518 (something with the throttle).

Vehicle has 95,000 miles on it. Thx!
