Cutouts- Pre cats or Post Cats.

Hey guys, im sick of my muffler, so im trying to get my hands on a stock muffler and then get some cut outs. Should i place my dual cut outs after the cats or before the cats. which is best for sound? Performance? Thanks

so will i need a retune with the cutouts? Also what would yield better mileage in highway driving cut outs open, or stock muffler?

if you have it open im guessin there will be a small increase in mileage. it wouldnt hurt to get it tuned for the cutouts
