Code 128 coolant thermostat malfunction?

Yea, my next guess would be a faulty thermostat...

My 04 threw the same code last night. Found out it had a 160* in it which explains why it runs cooler but replaced thermostat with a factory 186* this morning and cleared code and everything is normal again!
