Just wanted to chime in about the torque converter shudder when the verter is in lockup. are you driving in 4th and then the lockup occurs followed by shudder? usually shudder is from pressure being low, so the TCC circuit needs adjusting. pressure loss is caused by worn valves, or something in the tune is telling it not to increase pressure. My online trans book tells me if a shop verifys the pressure and given there arent worn valves in the circuit the torqe converter should be replaced, so being yours is new, i would look at pressure. and in the HD-2 kit, did you do anything to the TCC valve? as for the codes, those codes pertain to the TCC circuit. so something maybe electrical is going on, and somehow fixed itself? hehe, wish my truck did that!

You'll need to tune the TCC and lockup speeds if you haven't already. That should take away the shudder. It's trying to lock/unlock repeatedly most likely.

Yeah the truck needs to be tuned. I believe the codes cleared after the truck went down the road with the boost valve and everything in correctly.

We drove it yesterday with hardly any shudder when locked up. however, the neutral safety switch needs to be adjusted.
