Default Camshaft question

Hey I'm new to this forum so if my question has been addressed before, please forgive me. My question is, does anyone make a performance cam for the 6L truck engine that allows you to keep the Variable Valve Timing??I picked up a 2013 Chevy engine and 6l90E auto trans that I'm going to put in a 1941 Ford pickup and I would like for it to sound like a Hot Rod should but not sure if I want to give up the VVT feature of this engine. Officially it's called a LY6. It's 360 HP in stock configuration. Thanks.

Thanks. I'll look into those two manufacturers.
