Lightbulb Camshaft Ideas for a 5.3 DoD E85 Truck

I need some camshaft ideas for a 5.3 liter, displacement on demand, ethanol 85, truck.

The truck is a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche 4x4 automatic that will see some weekend car trailer towing. This things weighs 5800 lbs and has 3.73 gears.

The best specifics I can find on the engine are:
9.5:1 compression, 3.78 x 3.62 bore & stroke, 1.89/1.55 valves
Camshaft: 196/201 duration, .467/.479 lift, 116 LSA
It has like 310 HP and 335 LBTQ

My goal is a camshaft that will net me 30 extra horsepower and 30 lbs. of torque across the same power band, without lowering my already low 18/20 mpg and still give me the factory idle.

I'm leaning toward this GM camshaft.
Part #12565308, 2002–2004 LS6 Cam
Duration at .050" is 204/218
Lift with 1.7 rockers is .550/.550
LSA is 117.5

The cam requires valve spring P/N 12586484

I would probably advance the camshaft 4 degrees.

My alternative is the part #12560950, 2001 LS6 Cam that is found in the 6.0 LQ9.

Can I get some constructive feedback please?

do you want to stick with gm cams? or are you willing to go more custom cams?
IMO you could go a little bigger with lower lsa and still keep your low end

I like the GM cams because they are cheap and familiar to people. Moreover, I like the 117.5 LSA of the one cam, so I don't lose my baby smooth idle. But, here's one from CompCams especially for 4.8 and 5.3 trucks.

Grind #G3 XFI 260 HR15
Part #54-450-11
Power range: 800 to 5000 rpm
206/212 duration at .050"
.513/.520 lift at 1.7
115 LSA

Here's another CompCam for good fuel economy, and torque.

Grind #TPX 246HR-17
Part #54-525-11
Power range: 800 to 5800 rpm
194/206 duration at .050"
.500/.493 lift at 1.7
117 LSA

And I could probably use my stock springs with these!
So many choices!
