Bigger is not always better where cams are concerned.
The sum of your parts determine how the cam will respond. Do you want a cam that makes good power at 6000+ and aren't concerned with losses below 4000rpm?
What are your mods, stall speed and desired power band?

 

i got a 228/228 588 588 112LSA with a yank 3500, works beautifully..

definitely get it to the track...ive been thinkin about a cam that size except all i saw was a 228/228 600/600 113...the lower lift 112 looks a lot more appealing...did you get ported heads for more compression for that big of a cam? what other supporting bolt ons do you have with it other than a 3500 stall?
