Cam swap tips

For those who have done the cam swap on your truck, what did you do with the A/C condenser? Will it rotate out of the way enough to get the cam out or did you have to vacuum down the system? I'm home on leave and I'm gonna try to get the cam installed and the truck tuned before I have to go back to Afghanistan. Any tips would be much appreciated.

You dont have to move the condenser at all, just take out the rad and and pull the cam straight out.

Cool deal, I wasn't sure if there was enough room. I know on the f bodies the condenser had to be flipped up. We should be able to do it in one evening if the weather will cooperate and warm up some.

I ended up unbolting mine, but you wont need to. It was my first rodeo and I just wanted to create as much space up there as possible. I'm sure I did a lot of things that took me longer than they should have and were unnecessary :emb:
