Build me a custom Y pipe

Sounds like you are pretty much wanting my setup.
I am using the 3 to 3.5" Flowmaster Y to a 3.5" cutout then it reduces back to 3" going in to the muffler. I also have 3" collectors on the Pacesetters. Not sure what size collectors the Thorleys use but if they are 2.5", i would just use the 2.5 to 3" Y collector. That should flow plenty for your camed 6L.

Yea, I pretty mutch coppied your set up. I may go 3" to the 3 1/2 then reduce back down, Ill have to see what size the collectors are and if I have room. I have a damn transfer case to deal with too. Where did you get yours done, and did yo ubuy everything, or get it there??

Matt you are going to have to do what I did there is NO way you can run a setup like bigkids we are 4wd so we are screwed it will have to be y-pipe setup like mine unfortunately
