there is a little cone to put on the end of that pin that i didnt install either i thought this thing only has 11,000 miles i shouldnt need to put that much on the band but i also left out the spacers for the stock servo wasnt sure if i was supposed to leave them in or not????

No you don't need the little cone on the end of the servo shaft. That is for worn, hi mileage transmissions that need the extra push on the band. The servo's HAVE to have the spacers in it. It is the 2nd accumulator that should have no spacers/washers installed unless you get a converter. Not sure what you mean that you haven't seen any gains, not that you will but you should feel a difference in the shifts.

Since you got the billets, there are instructions in there that need to be followed. Use everything that came with the billet servo's. I can't quite remember if the pin end came with the shift kit or the servo kit. Either way, don't use the pin end that goes on the servo shaft. Its all personal preference for the washers in the second accumulator, but too much firmness will hurt the trans. Another thing, when you install the OD servo, make sure everything is right before you install it. The 4th servo is so easy, but if you have to remove it, you might tear the seal, then have now 4th. I am speaking from experience here so be carefull.

right i followed all the instructions to the T. But my problem is that they give you spacers for the accumulator and the servo(in the shift kit) i used two spacers in both of them and i need to take the ones out of the accumulator tonight(that might help my harder shift at wot). i just got the billet 4th apply piston now do i reuse those spacers for the servo?? or not... i'm gonna try it...

I think the instructions for the Super Servo show the best diagram for the servo's. Just replace the stock piston and cap with the billets. Its really just a couple of washers that are set up in the Servo's. I confused the accumulator with the servo's at first and had to go back into the servo's and redo it. Again there should be no washers in the 2nd accumulator either. Don't worry about the washers that come in the shift kit for the servo's, just use what comes with the servo's themselves.
