I normally hang mine from the back feet and go the other way... but then again... thats just one different way to gut a cat
yeah the issue i have with that is that the guts fall into the rib cage and you have to get dirty digging them out. when you hang them by the front feet or head they fall out on their own

aahh... its no big deal... if they're fresh, it keeps your hands warm in the winter while youre cleaning one for yer mornin vittles...
hang it by its front feet and cut it from the bottom center of the rib cage to its butt. be sure to not puncture the gut. spread it open with your fingers and its guts will fall to the ground.....ofcorse theres more than one way to gut a cat

i had my cat(s10) clog on the hwy one time. i had to fix it rite away. i had to drill it out. i had a 1/2in installers bit (18in long) and just made as many holes as i could through the cat. it never really rattled till the last few chunks,but i got um out
