Default Silverado pully kit...

I been looking at the pulley kits out there for my truck and dnt know with witch one to go with and if i should even buy it is it worth the money cuz im only buying the harmonic balancer and alternator pulley am i gonna feel the power from this upgrade cuz its about 200buks then i have to buy a new belt also so around 260 im gonna spend on it and is it easy to put in or should i spend my money on somthing else....

I would personally start saving for a converter.. The onlt way I would do a u/d pulley is if you buy one cheap and slap it on while doin a cam swap.

I say $250 is worth it considering I saw a .3 improvement at the 1/4 mile.....

Ive had one on 3 different trucks(tbss,silverado,tahoe) and it was a waste of money on all 3 IMHO..

Look at it this way, if you get a circle D converter, you're already halfway there because they're only $400.

I bought my pullies from scoggin dickey. It was the powerbond pulley & came with both belts & an ARP crank bolt for $200. If I could do it again, I would not have gotten it. I was thinking it would make my motor rev up faster. I couldn't tell a difference. Mods in my sig
