Default 6.0 swap cutting out

So I got my 6.0 in and running decent but it seems to be cutting out from time to time. 45 min drive to work it will do it prolly 5-10 times. So far I have swapped tunes a few times and managed to dial in my ve below 3500rpm but it still cuts out. truck does it hot or cold and I can not log anything changing. So down to thinking mechanical but it is hit or mis and not constant like I think something mechanical would be. The only thing I have seen is that the wideband will read about .25-.5 richer when it cuts out. kinda like its loosing spark. Anyone have any idea what could cause this or what to check first. Also above 3-3500 it will detonate seems like on the pass side back or atleast it is where the sound seems to be coming from.

New plugs
new wires
multiple tunes
