The 40-45 and 60-70 mph vibration
How do you get rid of this? I have heard others have this problem as well. I had all my tires balanced twice and they are all good. There are no bent rims. they did this with my 295/50's and seem a bit worse with the 275/60's. Is the drive shafts on these balanced correctly?

Is the truck lowered? If it is, it MAY need to have the pinion angle adjusted. I just did a 4" drop and the pinion angle changed quite a bit. Can you feel it in the seat or in the steering wheel? Can be a lot of things.

Re: The 40-45 and 60-70 mph vibration
Hey, I've noticed the same thing on my truck. I feel it at the same speeds. I was just going to go tommorow and have them rebalance the tires. I feel it right in the steering wheel. It actually jiggles my watch. I'm running 275/45/20's. I also noticed that I can't hardly feel it when it is cool outside though, so I am confused as hell.
