Default 4.3L spark plug gap

What spark plug gap is the best for the high and mighty 4.3L v-6 using the ac delco spark plugs...or better yet what are the best spark plugs to use and what gap for them?

Thanks,
Joshua

Come on man, give me a little credit. Owners manual says .055 but I was wondering if anyone was running anything different and if so, what were they running and what gap. There are a lot of people that do not run what owner's manual specifies. Uhh...thanks for your help anyway.

Run AC Delco plugs and stock gap. Unless your have a blower, turbo, or nitrous moving the gap will not help much may even hurt things.
