Default 2016 header install

ok i have searched for about an hour and maybe im just not putting in the right keywords but i cant find any threads on installing headers on the gen 5 5.3
my question is what are people running for bolt replacement? stock? stage 8? something different?
if somebody could help me out that would be great
also if you have specific part numbers that would be better
thanks in advance

It is ok to reuse the oem bolts. stage 8 is good. I usually use studs to
mount headers. Makes it easier, for me anyway. can't beat arp for
either studs or bolts.

I don't really wanna go with factory stuff
I would like to use arp but I can't find a kit specifically for the 16's
I guess I'm gonna have to call them
