I'm betting you don't have an AFR gauge ? This will also tell us if it's rich or lean , you should def take it to a reputable tuner/dyno shop that can tweak it and monitor all critical parameters . Canned tunes like the tuner you have are more often on the safe side then performance. A lot left on the table usually.
Let us know if you get it tuned and report back .

no AFR or boost gauge. I realize those controllers are junk, the only reason its on there is because they said they'd warranty it if they put it on, how much boost can person run on these 6.2l tell you got to start running meth inj

After installing a Powerdyne on a Saleen Explorer the performance was somewhat disappointing as well.
Can't remember exactly what we changed out but I know it was fuel related...I believe a fuel pump, regulator and possibly injectors.
After that it woke right up.

Yea there are a few very basic mods that will make this truck feel like a COMPLETELY different animal. First and most obvious is the tune. You're completely right about it not opening the throttle all the way, which will cause issues with the bypass valve as you mentioned. The second is your big *** pulley... way too large for that engine and 1900 ( I assume its a 1900 anyway.) The third would be a set of headers to uncork it a little. The 6.2 has great heads, but they aren't fantastic on the exhaust side, and with it being force fed it could definitely use the assistance. If it were mine I would grab some 1 7/8" headers, a 2.9 or so pulley with a HD tensioner, and a custom tune. If I were a betting man I'd say that puts you around 8.5 PSI, it will run more efficiently, and it will feel a LOT stronger.
As everyone mentioned before I would make sure that the fuel system is up to the task. I assume you have a flex fuel truck, which would mean its going to me OK on 93, but may run out if you actually run flex. As far as meth, its definitely not necessary on 8-9# or so.
There are a few guys with maggies on here that have very impressive builds, a lot of them have chimed in on this thread already. Take their advice.

Nearly all of the extra power you are going to make from here will be gains from more boost. You have the blower but it's only putting out a third of what it's capable of. All of my big gains have been from pulleying down and tuning accordingly. With that of course, you need to properly support the gains by means of fuel capacity (injectors and/or fuel pump) as well as airflow (intake and exhaust). Your stock heads will work great.
For reference, I'm making nearly 600rwhp and recently ran 11's with a 1900 blower on my 6.3l. You should easily hit 500 with a smaller pulley, a good tune and exhaust. It will feel like a beast when you are done.
The sacrifice is the warranty, if you have one. You need to make that choice.

talked to the maggie dealer/performance shop today he told me with the tvs1900 and exhaust he figured he could only run a 3.2 pulley, dyno tuned (engine and trans) $750 he figured around 520 at the crank.... so i guess what im asking is should i be able to go lower than a 3.2 with this setup?
second question, how are these 6l80e holding up to power
