2010 camaro ls3 exhaust manifolds on 5.3. Will it fit flipped?

2010 camaro ls3 exhaust manifolds on 5.3. Will it fit flipped?
I'm currently swapping a 2005 5.3 into a car and have run into a slight problem with finding an exhaust manifold to fit they way I need it to. I've been search all day to no avail.
I need the manifolds flipped with the outlet going downward. Obviously the drivers side manifold 3 bolt flange hits the power steering. The 2010 camaro ls3 manifolds look like they just might clear it. Can anyone confirm if it will or not? I don't want to waste my money just to find out it won't.
