2006 Denali

I just bought a stock 06 sierra denali. Now what mods do you guys think i would need to make it in the low 13's. Want to stay N/A for right now but if the price is right i may go turbo.

Plus i really dont want to spend 5 grand on a new trans so what the most that the stock one could hold?

Seriously? You'll need close to 500 hp to the wheels to get that heavy pig into the low 13s. This is probably not practical staying N/A. You do know that a crew cab is not exactly light, right? Turbo or supercharger seems to be the most logical choice along with the usual supporting performance mods (heads, cam, exhaust, etc.).

almost deffinatly going to have to shell out the extra cash on a new tranny or at least get the stock one beefed up quite a bit. that is to get it into the 13s. i might be wrong, but if you dont and it holds up, its only a matter of time until you have no choice but to

It took my buddy a 6.0 with a blower to get into the bottom 13's/ high 12's with his CCSB.
