i wouldnt mind one on the hanger install so i dont do more then i have to.

im guessing drop tank, cut rivet off, bolt new one on, put tank back and enjoy

yeah you gotta drop the tank. From what I remember the McGaughy's spindle/hanger came with detailed instructions. Ill go ahead and warn you, the rivets on the hangers are a bitch and take forever.

Pretty much sums it up, cutting and grinding rivets can be a pain but with a grinder, air chisle, and a hefty cutoff wheel it shouldnt be too bad.
just do one side at a time, with frame supported with jacksands and axle on a jack, lift and lower jack to relieve pressure on spring.

yeah i have a shop with a lift and air tools o plenty. just wasnt sure how to tackle the spindles since the ball joint is the opposite of the car, do i need spring compresors of can i just un bolt overything and pull it a part with no worries, apparently i will be doing a write up since we dont have one

k so i screwed up, i bought chassis tech parts

thinking it cant be that bad i called them and got the instructions sent to me

is this normal

you have to take the bottom ball joint out and flip it (they did send me new lower ball joints with the kit. then you have to flip the entire upper a arm to make it work (changing direction of both ball joints so they both point up just so you can put the spindle on.

next screw up the bolt holes for the caliper bracket are a 16th of an inch off so i cant bolt them on. so i "adjust" the hole. now the bracket will bolt on but its so tight against the outside of the rotor that you cant freely spin the rotor. so for this to work i would now have to shim the brakes jsut to make their shitty part work.

I AM DONE COMPRIMISING!!! I AM SENDING THEM BACK
