Why knuckle no fit

Not sure if it's possible on a 2wd truck but I can remove and install my CO with the control arms and spindle in place, only have to disconnect the sway bar I believe. Its much easier than having to try to push the LCA up once the CO is installed.

Yeah that is what I was thinking. I don't really see why I couldn't, it would make it a hell of a lot easier lol

Edit: Talked with Atomic yes I am going to take the coil over out, after everything is connected it can go back in.

Figured it out, realized I just am SPED.

Pushed out my UCA as far as it could go with the brackets. Took out the coil overs and readjusted the pre-load, I put them back in after I got them connected.
Used a bit more muscle to slam the knuckle inwards to connect it and boom! All done.
