Default what year 4l80?

I have an 07 nnbs with 4.8, im going to do the 4l80 swap before I cam it. but idk what year 4l80s will work? some input would be appreciated.

97+ is what I've been seeing


edit 97+ are the better years, I should have specified

Any year 4l80e will work. The only noticeable outside difference is the cooler lines. Pre 97 has the cooler lines in the front by the bellhousing. 97 and newer has one line by the bellhousing and one right in the center of the trans.

94 or 95 was the earliest that will work, as long as it has the p/n switch on the side, it will work.
Had a stock 95 in mine, sprayed a 350 shot on it for years.
