if at 70 mph you're turning 2300 rpms, then that's some pretty steep gearing. My 4.10s with 285/60/18 turns 2100 @ 70mph and was impossible to get traction at the track. Granted, I was on street tires, not slicks. But with a 402, I would stick with the 3.73s.

 

today was the first time to get on the highway with the 4.56s. i was just keeping up with the traffic on the highway and i was turning 2500 with a 295/40/20s

 

keeping up with traffic....that must of been what 60...65...maybe 70 ?? thats preatty good uhh? as of right now im between 4.10 or 4.30....my questions is and this should help me dicide .....will i see a diffrence in the 60ft mark..'??? or will i see diffrence in the 1/4 ?

 

im sure its around 65mph+ as i was passing people and people werent passing me..

I just wanted to try them out to see if i liked them or not and if not id switch em out for somethin else as i do my own set so im not out much

 

also i drove close to 80 miles today and used an 1/8th of a tank.. dunno if thats good or not i dont care about mileage, just figured id toss that out
