what is better? lowering question

Just let the air out the tires. It's cheap and it won't mess with the pinion angle. Air is over rated anyway.

i think you misundersood me, don't know the exact angles but my pinion is somewhere around 8* up and my driveshaft is around 5* up. my pinion needs to go down a fair amount to get the working angle on the positve side.

ok, so what im going to do is check my pinon angles and driveshaft angles before i do nay lowering. that way i can put them back the same. thnaks to everyone

i think any one would be ok but like said before the blocks have some of the angle in it.

no problem bro if you can get some shims to get the angle back the blocks are easier

I took out my blocks a couple of years ago and the pinion angle didn't change. Truck still drove smooth. I installed 2" shackles a few weeks ago and now have a high-speed vibration. I think I am going to have to get the shims.

FWIW I have been messing with a dirveline vibration and have been shimming to trying to stop it. I took the lift blocks out and measured them for angle. Mine do not have any angle in them so I recant my earlier statements.
