The head of the bolt needs to fit into that hole on the perches. See post 4.

It didn't come with any spacers, the supplied hex nut in the pic above fits good, I have been grinding it down until everything sits flush

well the truck feel tons better! the 5-40mph shudder is gone! tomorrow I get it up to highway speeds and see how it does.

I'll take my laptop along and see if the knock is gone when I mash the go pedal

how much knock retard where you getting? How noticable was the shudder?
