Default Unable To Open 14 Bolt Swap Sticky

I am getting ready to start buying parts for my 14 bolt swap and am unable to open the sticky. When I click on the link it takes me to a page that says-
" you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1.Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
Anyone have any insight? I tried it on without being logged in as well, and on my phone with the same result. Wondering if there is a larger issue, like maybe the thread got deleted for some reason?

I cleared out the redirects, maybe that had some effect on it.

It was in lock for some reason, couldn’t figure out why so I moved it back.
