Twisted an axle in two, will an upgraded axle hold?

I broke an axle a the track last weekend. This is the first truck I have had with some serious power. Its a 2000 GMC ECSB with a richmond powertrax and 3.90 gear. The truck made 520 hp/ 520 tq on motor and I plan on spraying a 200 shot (not out of the hole though). My question is will an axle like Moser hold up decent or should I look into upgrading the entire rear? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

whats suspension are you running? All factory, traction bars, cal tecs, anything?

also did the housing break where the diff has two spot welds or was it the inner axle shaft

The truck is lowered 4/6 with a DJM kit, it has Cal Trac bars, TA Performance cover, and Hotchkis sway bars. The housing did not break and does not look to be twisted. The actual axle shaft is what broke.
