Hey, I m doing project on my Silverado lsx427 with big turbo/ jake stage 4l80e with transbrake. I used have 258mm multi triple disk billet converter circle d when I had 347 with turbo. I want try something different with converter. How about yank, jake converter, fti, precision or freak show performance converter. Which would you go for other taste?

Keep circle d just upgrade to there new 252mm...its the best converter they have

I sold 347 engine/trans come with circle d converter that's why. Now I want try something different with the converter for better one Circle d I had one never failed

I personally like Yank converters. I have a ProTruck 3600 in my turbo 5.3 and i love it. Give Dave a call and see what he recommends

I run a Precision Vigilante 10.5" 3000 billet triple disc in my turbo truck and have been 109mph in the 1/8th with it unlocked. It works very well and has performed way better than my old FTI that i did run in it.

I can't vouch for the others. I have a 10.5" precision and it has been flawless. Mine is the same as above except I have a 3200 stall. I can brake stall without a transbrake more than I need(boost) and the converter has done great.

I do remember something about telling precision to put in a stator for a turbo though. Can't remember if that was just to help me brake boost or not. Which you wouldn't need with a transbrake, but might ask.

I spoke to circle d today. They say I should go 253mm single disk but I.T cost $1750
To much. I used have 258mm triple multi disk. Anyone who done with 252mm single. Which best single disk or multiple. That one I confusing can you educate me little.
