Yeah the servos and shift kit will pro long its life. Most of us dont have very good luck with the 4l60s around here eventualy you will have to get a built one for it.

it all will depend on how you drive it.

Yep, I ran my stock, shift kit and vette servo 60 for over 40K with the boosted 4.8. Made 500rwhp in high boost, but only saw that once in a while on the street and a few times at the track. Most of the time was only 7 psi around 380rwhp. I think my driving style and a one legger is what keep it alive. I still have it sitting on the floor as a back up in case I ever break the built 60 I have now.

I have a stock LQ9 with bone stock 144k 4L60e. I don't go WOT very often, but everything is holding up just fine.

There's about 65k on my 2nd warranty replacement and it took a crap on Sunday. Yesterday put the order into FLT for the 4L60E Stage 4 and the Vig 3400 from Texas Speed & Perf. Give you any ideas?

mine is about to **** itself, 40K miles. Picking up a performabuilt level 2 4l60e and SS3600 stall on Saturday. Horsepower and transmittion life are inversely proportional
