Default Torque Converter too tight/dragging?

I've been back and forth with my tuner on my setup and he's telling me something isn't right with the converter that either my pump is dragging or slightly applying, or it was built too tight. I have a Circle D 6l80 HP Series Stage II 278mm 2A converter with the stall speed supposed to be about 3200. Attached is my most recent log from hp tuners but I have no idea what I'm looking at in the file to diagnose a problem like this. To me the truck runs and drives fine and doesn't appear to have any problems, but I don't know if this is something I should try to remedy right away, or if it would be ok driving as is for now
