Default Sway bar with trac bars?

Anyone running a rear sway bar with traction bars? I have Assassin trac bars ready to go on my '01 ECSB, and want to add a sway bar in the near future. Any downside to doing both? Wasn't sure if having both would kill my ride quality. This is my daily driver and ride quality is a major concern. The truck will never see the track. Just heads/cam now but a turbo is on the way, looking for 550-600rwhp.

You can do both. I have a guy up here with Cal-Tracs and an aftermarket rear sway bar.

It's gonna stiffen the back up and good bit but in my experiences it'll just feel more "solid" if you're really worried about ride quality just pull the bars out of the traction bars except when you're at the track. Cordless impact and one wrench. Takes about a minute.

Edit: I see you won't be going to the track. It's all a letter of preference then I guess. I always like the feel with my long bars and Suburban sway bar. The truck stayed planted. I'm sure it would be very similar with cal tracs or Smith bars

Ride quality was pretty good actually. Nothing harsh or objectionable. And it stays flat in the corners.

Default Traction bars and rear sway bar

Ive had traction bars on my Silverado for a few years now and just installed a rear sway bar. The out come was unbelievable, a friend following me in his vette on a curvy road said he was having trouble staying with me.

What sway bar did you go with?

I'm going to hold off on installing the trac bars until I actually need them, not much need right now with my mild cam and heads.

Welp just bought a Hellwig 7634. I couldn't tell if the others would work with a 4" drop in the rear. And the Hellwig has good reviews on here. Not excited about adding 45 lbs to the truck but I'm looking forward to the improved handling.

I have that bar and about 4.5" drop. I'm going to cut the end link eventually to level the bar back up. It's pointed down a bit now and not as "tight" as when it was higher I reckon.

Hellwig 7800 comes with adjustable links. Huge improvement in cornering. I think it fits your truck as well.
