Which stall and rearend?

Ok so my dd gets good mileage and i wanna keep it that way. I plan on putting a tsp 224 in this summer but i don't know all that much about stall converters and gears. I want my truck to have good street manners but right now it's a dog down low with the 3.42s. What would be a good streetable gear/stall combo that I won't have to change when i do the cam swap?
Thanks,
Tyler

What's your definition of good gas mileage? What are you getting now, and how much are you willing to give up?

i have a 3200 stall and 4.10s. i really like the combo and reccomend it. 5.3 cc with 31 in tires. avg about 16 city and 18 hwy. my gears woke it up the most bc i had 3.23s

i wouldnt think going to 373 from 342's would make much difference.
